Alembic F1-X Tube Preamp

Sign in to disble this ad
Alembic F1-X (praises that I didn't reverse that like everyone else) tube preamp for sale. Just needed this temporarily and used it on about 3-4 gigs. The previous owner was the original owner and used it in his home studio only. There is rack rash on the top and bottom and some on the ears, but nothing on the front or back that would be seen when racked. The tube has been upgraded to a Sovtek. The preamp functions beautifully. $425 shipped. Trades considered.

Wink F-1X (not F1-X) BUMP

Well Alembic refers to it on their site as F-1X and that's what's silkscreened on the front. But I could be wrong.

Just thought I'd mention that and say F-1X a couple more times so anyone doing a search for "F-1X" will find this thread.

This is a killer pre, BTW. The Ampeg I'm running now is deep and tube-like and everything, but nothing like this!

Somebody please remove this temptation!

HAHAHA! Holy Crap. I was actually referring to everybody calling it an FX-1 on ebay, but here I screw it up anyway. Funny...
