A.M.P. BH-250 for sale.

visually as close to 10 as you will find in an amp that is almost 20 years old.

recently "worked over" by dave funk (thunderfunk), after which he said it is a really clean, nice , small amp. i agree with him.

250 watt 4 ohm, approx 180watt 8 ohm. not super loud, but real nice tone.

I have only read a small amount on these. What would it be similar to? I am interested, but have to wait for an auction to end in 5 days.

it is the same size as the thunderfunk (same chasis), it is about 12 pounds, and it has 2 channels- switchable via front panel or footswitch.

it does NOT have parametric EQ, as does the more common and more powerful bh420.

effects loop, which is also switchable.

i suppose in size / power it is similar to the gk400rb.

the tone is similar to the other AMPS when set flat.

there is a lot of info on the bh420 / gb440 / tfb420 and even on the AMP bh-260. the 250 seems to be less common, and therefore there is less info on them.
