Ampeg/Avatar Cabs...Price Drops!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Going to a smaller stage footprint with a Genz Benz rig so these two have to go..

Ampeg SVT 8x10 (USA Made if that matters to you) with Tuki cover. In excellent shape and never driven hard. ((SOLD!!!))

Avatar 4x10 (4 ohms) in Line-X coating. Gigged once and has been in the home studio ever since. I added pop out casters just to make it easy to move around the studio. $350.00 includes shipping costs to the lower 48 states

Cash when we meet or Paypal is fine. Email me with any questions or for more photos.

About 65 pounds, 4 ohms, takes 1000 watts. Check out Dave Noss's site:
http://avatarspeakers.com/

I'm about 300 miles north of Trenton NJ.

WOW free shipping on the cab hmmm ok I have to ask since noone has are the speakers in gr8 condition no blown speakers no snap crackle pop or hisses or any other strange noises coming out of the speakers? I know you said you had the box it shipped in does that box provide padding & is it double walled I know both questions sound suspicious but are not intended that way just wanna leave everything out there on the up & up.
Thanks for understanding.

I would say this cabinet is not even broken in yet. It's had one gig and I used my GB Shuttle at a very low volume. I was also going through FOH on that gig so the Avatar was an on stage monitor at best. Cab is rock solid with no issues. Everyone here can vouch for the great packing job Dave Noss does on his products. I have the original box from Avatar (I'm the original owner) and it's super heavy duty with plenty of protection for the cab/ speakers. I welcome your intutiness..we all work hard for our money and there are too many less than legit people looking to take it (or us). I have over 60 one-hundred percent feedbacks on Ebay (724joeedo) check it out. I want you to be comfortable with who you're dealing with. If you wish to talk with me personally, please PM me and I'll give you my home phone number. I would be very happy to talk with a fellow bassist/ TB'er.

Last week I missed out on a '77 Ric 4001 that went for $300 on Craigslist. I'm learning to be faster on the trigger.

Holy crap! I would have pulled that trigger instantly!

Congrats on a great cab deal, though.

Well, the truss rod cover said "3001" instead of "4001" so it screamed fake. By the time I checked it out it was a goner. But at least I have the bucks left over to get the Avi!
