Ampeg B15R for sale

OK, so here it is. I`m selling my Ampeg B15R. It`s an early model, #23 made in 1997. The tolex does show some wear, I`ll post more pictures showing that. The worst spot is the back where some tolex is missing at the bottom and the seams are coming a little loose, but that is just cosmetic. Everything on amp works great, JJ power tubes (2)GE 5751`s and 12AT7 preamp tubes. Amp has upgraded 15" Eminence Delta 15A speaker, handling 400 watt RMS. I also replaced the original speaker baffle with a double baffle design like the pre `66 B15`s. The double baffle gives the amp a much closer sound to the older amps. I will include the original baffle with the amp. When I got the amp it was missing the dolly, so I made one, but never covered it with tolex. It could be painted black, or recovered, I`ll leave that to the buyer. I am willing to ship, but this amp is heavy, about 115 Lbs. Please email me about shipping costs, or I could meet you half way within 100 miles of Austin. This amp is for sale only, unless you have a 60`s blue check B15 that you would like to trade. I may be also selling a B15E extension cabinet #18, or maybe that would sweeten the pot on a vintage B15 trade. I`m asking $900 plus shipping. AMP IS SOLD.
