A really good price on the ampeg 2x10 portaflex. Never gigged and purchased in August from Guitar center here in Houston. The amp sells for 400 new and I got the floor model for $360 because it was sent without wheels I just carry it (weighs slightly less than 48 lbs)
This amp is the classic ampeg tone and really sounds warm, thick and clear with my jazz basses. I have used this head only at home to practice with my jazz trio (piano and sax) and with a little mark ii head with the volume never past 4!!
This great lightweight amp has been rated at 450 watts and is very warm and clear sounding. This classic amp comes with a flip top lid for your amp head to lay on top and then you can flip it back for the side with the handle. VERY Sturdy and this amp really packs a punch. It looks great with the front grillecloth and is in good condition.
I am moving to nyc so need to sell this as Im downsizing to a tiny apartment.
