Ampeg SVPCL - EC - SOLD

Up for sale is my excellent condition Ampeg SVPCL Preamp. This is, in essence, the preamp section of a ‘70’s SVT, along with some modern upgrades. It has a four tube complement (2x 12AX7, 2x 12AU7) and is one rack space high. Ampeg no longer manufactures this preamp. This preamp was built in the United States.

The SVTCL is in excellent condition. I purchased it here on Talkbass about a year ago. It has always been racked and I have only gigged it a few times. The sound is wonderful. I like it so much that I have gotten a ‘70’s V4B, which seems to have all the power I need. Therefore I am selling my pre/power setup.

I am also selling a four-month old Carvin HD1800 for $300 (shipped). Buy both and you will have a rig of doom (at least the amp part). I’ll also throw in a free three-space rack and some cables if you buy both.
