This would pass for new if it weren't for two scratches on the bottom from racking and the slightest paint marks where the screws were on the rack ears.
One of the best preamps I've used for bass guitar, unfortunately it doesn't do what I want it to when used in front of a regular amp, these things kill with poweramps though.
