I just bought this a few weeks ago. It's an awesome head, but I just recently acquired a regular SVT-CL in a trade and don't need both. I can live with the regular one for now.
I am the first owner, and the head will come with all the paperwork, hangtags, and original box. Just like it came to me from the store I bought it from.
