Ampeg SVT Classic ($925 shipped)

I'm in the market for another bass head, so unfortunately this one has to go. The head has always been properly turned on/off while letting the tubes warm up/cool down as well. As you can see from the pictures, there are a couple of spots where the tolex is torn, but they aren't bad at all. The head was re-tubed by a very well respected local repair shop called Abell Audio less than a year ago and they still sound great. I'm attaching a photobucket link to pictures. If there are any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks.

The power amp tubes were replaced with SED Winged "C" tubes.

I'd like to get $925.

No trades.

Unfortunately no, it was designed in St. Louis, MO but manufactured in Vietnam. When the head was retubed, the tech also made a modification to it to make it more like the original American made CL heads. It was something with the diode, either removing or adding it. (I think?)

I'm in Columbus. I've got a sale pending right now. If it doesn't work out, I'll be sure to post back here.
