That's 3 12AX7s in the preamp... plus a 12AX7 and 12AU7 in the power amp, pushing the MOSFET current drivers. I just came home from a gig with mine... vintage cranked-out SVT tube tone at a volume level that didn't need ear protection (but lots of headroom left to crank it up). I've had mine for 9 years, love it. Mine has a few paint nicks too, they don't affect the tone at all  |
