On the block is my vintage Ampeg V4-B bass amp. Make no mistake, this amp is an absolute beast. Just got all new power tubes and replaced a faulty preamp tube. She has seen a lot of use over the last 38 years or so and it shows with a good amount of scuffs and wear. Beyond the cosmetics though, this amp flawless and has no issues. Controls are volume (ch 1), volume (ch 2), low, mid, high, and 3 "rocker switches" (ultra hi, mid selector, and ultra low). Another great feature on this amp is that there is an ohm selector switch on the back, so you can run at 8 ohms, 4 ohms, or 2 ohms.
Wonderfully versatile amp with loads and loads of that vintage Ampeg tone.
$500 takes it.
I really would rather not ship this amp for obvious reasons, so I would prefer a local sale, here in the Buffalo, NY area.
