ASHDOWN ABM Mini15 300W 15" Cabinet - $375 shipped <PRICE DROP>

This cab is basically new...bought it to try and love the sound, but I need a 4 Ohm cab. Only used at home and it's perfect. Sells for $549.99 shipped at Musician's Friend, I'll take $375 (includes US Ground shipping) for a like new cab! PayPal is fine and I'll eat the fees.

Here's what the Ashdown site says:
The ABM MINI 15 is an ultra-compact 300 watt 8 Ohm bass cabinet featuring a single 15" Ashdown BlueLine driver in a precision tuned plywood cabinet. The cabinet is constructed from high-grade birch ply with properly screwed and glued joints, protected by a tough, buffalo leather cloth covering and chromed metal corners. Special Ashdown-designed metal handles are used in favour of inferior flip handles which can rattle after years of use. Ashdown BlueLine speakers are specially developed to achieve a superb balance of power, transparency and deep, controlled low end, without sacrificing any of the mid-band attack and high-end brightness that are so important in a modern bass sound.

Specifications:
  • Speaker Configuration 1 x 15"
  • Frequency Response 41Hz - 4kHz
  • H x W x D (mm) 474 x 474 335
  • Weight (kg) 20

I had one of these for a while, used it with a 10"xtweeter cab from the same series. It sounded great and was a lot of fun.

I used it the same way...with my Yamaha BBT110S cab. Sounds awesome...full yet punchy. And this cab only weighs 44lbs, so it's really light. But since the Yammy is 4 Ohms and this cab is 8, I don't get the full wattage out of my head (which runs full at 2 Ohms). So I'm going to get a nother 4 Ohm cab after I sell this one. Thanks for the bump!
