I have an absolutely like brand new Ashdown Little Bastard, 30 watt, all tube head for sale or trade.
I was passing through Minneapolis and went into a boutique guitar store with the intent of buying the new Appolo 65 head I have been reading about. Bottom line is,
It sounded quiet and really thin in comparrison the the ashdown. The Ashdown was TONS more "tubey". So, I walked out with the Little Bastard.
Super thick, with a really sweet top end. Best tube tone I have heard and alot louder than you would think. It Killed the Appolo.
Fast forward two months to today, and I still have not had the chance to use her yet, and I am jonesing to try a few things. Like a Skyline Bob Glaub, a US 57 RI Pbass, a US 62 RI Pbass, a 70's series Pbass, a newer Fender (08 on up) Pbass with a maple board, a skyline 44-64, Skyline 44-60 (I know, it's a jazz), 59 CS Pbass, Nash Pbass. GK MB 800. + or - $.
I paid a little over $850.00 with tax, will ship to your door (US only) for $695.00
I could add a little on the "right" bass. Nothing over 9 lbs please.
