Audere preamp

Here is an Audere jazz bass preamp w/ volume mid/balance treble/bass controls. I've had this for about a year and a half. Great preamp, but I've gone to using the sadowsky outboard exclusively. Comes with box, and instructions. $110 shipped. paypal preferred, and to the lower 48 only. No trades please.

Does it look like the preamp can be easily seperated from the control plate? If so, I may be interested for my non-Jazz bass.
