Avalon U5 WITH rack kit

OK... after squeezing much love from this beast, the time has finally come to let it move along to the next person who wants to explore the true tonality of their bass. The sultry siren of Tube Tone has lured me onto the rocks of preamp experimentation, so here 'tis!

It's in good shape with only the slightest hint of scarring at the rack-mounting holes. Did double duty as the pre for my stage rig and the DI for FOH. Gotta LOVE that flexibility! I know I'll find myself saying, "DAMN! I wish I had those separate XLR's again!" at some time in the future... but, oh well! Can't fight the GAS!

I'm asking $450 shipped. Remember... the RM-1 rack kit alone runs around $70 (if you're lucky). They've been scarce on eBay for the last year or so, just so you know, so you'll be getting past the hassle of having to find a kit on your own.

Believe me... I'd be the last person to do that. I know the pain of having something pop up JUST when the cash has gone on "vacation". Here's hoping the cash comes in for you before this catches someone else's eye!

I did already have a "time-dependant proposal" from schmittuml and was just gonna see if anyone else was interested with cash already in hand... someone like you!

But as it turned out, schmittuml pm'd me back right before your initial pm saying he was good to go after all, so... again... sincerest apologies.
