Bag End S18B-B

350 OBO or trade

This is one awesome cabinet but I recently switched to a smaller car so it rarely makes it out to shows and needs a better home. I am open to trades of any kind, but would like to keep this local. The specs are on the bag end website but as a quick overview it is an 8 Ohm 300 watt ported 18. Sounds great full range and biamped.

Local to New England... No Shipping

In the event that terrorist bombs, bad weather, or whatnot drive you south for a respite from craziness, then I'd be interested in talking to you about this cabinet. I've got the SWR analog (older diamond-grill Big Ben w/Bag End 18" driver) and have been building a stereo/biamped rig, so I need another sub.
The girls over at Myrtle Beach are awfully pretty this time of year...

Oh man if I end up south it sounds like a deal... but I request getting to try out those two monsters next to each other!

If you don't get that done, I might be interested. I have a JBL "Cabaret" 1x15 loaded with an E-140, and a SWR 8x8 that I'm unloading. The 8x8 is just fine with me, but it's a drag moving in and out of the house with the steps, etc. Winter is a real test of character... maybe we could work a deal? I'd like to try that 18 with what I have here. I'm in northern RI.

Hey Count, I am going to be pretty busy this weekend but if you wanted to try the cabinet out next weekend we could figure something out. That 15 sounds like an interesting fit for my new(to me) silverface bassman 100. Also I have never seen one of those 8x8s but have heard great things.

Oh and I am in Boston so that isn't too far to travel for some gear drooling.

Ah yeah, there are folks around here talking about the JBL being a nice mate for tube heads, I think. I'm not in a flurry, just walking through this trip of mine, and adjusting as I go... so next weekend sounds like a fine thing. I'll send over a pm, we can get in touch. Great!
