I finally got a chance to try an AE410 and realized that, as much as I like the HS410, the AE is more the sound I'm after. My dream scenario would be to find someone within driveable distance of me who is in the opposite situation and would want to swap.. I don't have the original carton anymore and would rather not ship the cabinet. I live in S. Orange County but I can meet elsewhere, as I am often zipping around various places all the way from San Diego to LA for gigs.
I bought my HS 2 1/2 months ago from Bass Emporium (it was drop shipped to me from Bergantino). I've gigged with it maybe 6 times and have always treated it carefully and transported it with the cover on. Therefore, it is in 95% brand new condition. There is a ding on the lower front strip (circled in one of the photos) that was on the cabinet when I received it. I have to assume it was a production flaw, as the box showed no evidence of being abused during shipping. It wasn't enough of an issue for me to think about fixing, and you wouldn't really see it easily unless you were looking for it.
My second best scenario would be a local sale - I'll start by asking $1100. My cost, including shipping and the cover, was about $1350.
