BFM Jack 12's

Sign in to disble this ad
A pair of BFM jack 12's loaded with Kappalite 3012HO's and both have the melded arrays and 3 way switch(all on,half on,off). These were built by Leland at SpeakerHardware.

Very little playing time-probably less than 10 hours. We switched to IEM's just as I got these and they have mostly spent their time in my studio.

Asking $900 for the pair shipped.Of course offers are always welcome. The current price on these is $1150 plus shipping to have them built.

EDIT PER PM"S-Cant tell by the pic but both have metal grills and dual speakon jacks on the back with the 3-way toggle.

Edit again-the 3 way toggle is for the melded arrays.Off,half on,all on.

It was recommended to me at the time.I really didnt have a preference when I had them built-on the BFM site it also seemed to be the one everyone preferred.

These were built in June or July-current then.I wasnt aware of a newer version than that if there is one.

I could call Leland and find out.

If these were June or July 2011, then they are the revision cabs. Bill revised the plans a year earlier.

Thanks for that. How is the Aggie working out.I still miss that amp.

The switch is for the melded arrays. It's 3 positions-off,half on,all on.I tell ya-the melded arrays sound sweet-the sweetest top end I've ever heard.

Aggie works great!
So first you sold the DB751 then the the M9 and the Max9.2
You going amp-less nowadays ?

Oh, I have the full melded arrays on my DR250s as well, but they just have an on/off switch instead of a 3-way toggle. It's sweet top end indeed.

You know me man-I'm always moving around in the amp world.I really like checking out the latest and greatest.Unfortunately I don't have the funds to keep everything.Really I normally use IEM's anyway. The 751,M9,9.2-all great amps-I'm glad I got to try them all.If I don't sell this today or tomorrow,I'll more than likely hang onto it.
