Brand New GK Fusion 550 Bass Amp

Sign in to disble this ad
In February of last year, I bought a brand new (they were just released) Gallien Krueger 550 amp - this has a 3 tube pre-amp section, tons of power, effects looks, tuner out and more - check the site. I had to return it for a repair and they wound up sending me a brand new one in the box 2 months ago. I have barely used it, though I did mount it in a agreat Marathon 3 space rack with wheels and pull out handle. I have the original footswitch and cable. In all, it does not have 10 hours play time on it. I have the original box and manuals and packing and will sell it for $675 shipped. I will include my original sales slip which give you full warranty through February of next year. This is an amazing amp, but I've decided to go with two lighter amps for bi-amping my Alembics - besides, when I use my tube Alembic F1X, the tubes in the GK Fusion really don't add much - the F1X is my tube pre-amp. If you want the Marathon flight case, I can sell it shipped for $150.

One of the best features is the automatic pre-sets for two different insturments. Set the volume and tone controls for the first on channel A and than throw the switch to channel B and set the second group of settings and you can instantly switch between them using the footswitch or toggle. Works great and saves time finding your setting for your second bass.

I will post pictures by Thursday as I'm practicing tomorrow for an upcoming gig and don't have a minute. Thanks for looking, Todd
