I've been playing my BX500 for the last 6 months or so and digging the light weight and great tone. A few weeks ago I noticed it was making a "sizzling" sound when idling. It doesn't affect the tone or performance at all so I didn't bother doing anything about it.
In the meantime I finally received my GK MB212 combo and love it to death, so I've decided to sell off my Carvin mini rig.
2 weeks ago I had to go to Hollywood so I thought I would use the opportunutity to stop at the Carvin store and let them look at the BX500. Well, they plugged it in and said, "Yeah, it shouldn't be doing that" and then they gave me a brand new one!
Amp will ship in the original box with instruction manual. I also have the rackmount plate and carrying bag Carvin makes for it, the bag is really cool, you can sling the amp over your shoulder and carry it hands-free. Amp with rack plate fits in a 2 space rack case.
Amp and accessories go for $450 new, I'm asking $300 including Fed Ex shipping within the USA. Again, this one is BRAND NEW. I plugged it in to make sure it works OK and that's it, it's never been gigged or out of the house at all.
Here's the info from Carvin's site:

I also have a mint Carvin BRX10.2 neo cab if you want to have a killer mini rig...don't think I want to ship it though...pick it up in the Los Angeles area for $250. Cab has been lightly used and is in perfect condition.
