CARVIN BX500 amp and optional rack mount face plate for sale, $350 shipped. I bought one of these when they first came out. My first one died and I sent it in for a replacement which is this one. I got this amp almost exactly one year ago. It was my main amp for 7-8 months and has never had any problems. Played it out about 3 times a month but always in small clubs and through my Schroeder 1210L I never turned it up past 3. I used a different amp for practice. This amp is in nearly perfect condition, has always been racked. There are two small scratches on the bottom, you can just see in the pics, I guess from putting in, taking out of rack. This Carvin has got to be the best amp for money out there. It has amazing features and a wide range of sounds, can go down to 2 ohms. Check Carvin’s web site for all features and look at various threads on Talkbass. I just find for the country band I’m in my LMII works a little better as plug and play and I’m having a custom bass made so I’m trying to raise money. I have original box for shipping. Total cost new for amp and rack plate is $450 shipped, my price is $350 shipped and I’m not looking for any trades. Paypal OK.
