pretty nifty little solid state preamp here. has a nice big EQ section and biamp outputs (in addition to the full-range output) with a separate input so if you have something else you want to biamp too you can do that. the knobs are missing the plastic cap things and there's a bit of rack rash but other than that it's pretty sweet. can't say whether or not the line out sounds good because i've never used it. sounds really good, it's a made in america crate, and the tone is super flexible. i even managed to get a PDF of the manual from crate.
