has a slightly ampeg-ish tone, would compare it to a budget svt 3pro.

Its early for a bump, but I will bump anyways. This is a poorman's SVT350, but better. The tube pre is nice and useable, and the 350 watts available are loud.

These were made in the SLM factories, so you are essentially getting a rebadged Ampeg for a steal. This amp was my first love.

PMs replied to. thanks for the endorsement nightcityburn, I popped in a new tube and cleaned up the electronics as much as I could since I last talked to you, thanks to your help it's sounding nice and thumpy, but alas, the G.A.S. hath struck and I need the money.

Good luck bump. Someone will be very happy. I was on that quest, and still am. Now I am looking for something that I can tour out of a car with my best friend with.

Buy this amp, any questions about it, I can answer as far as sound goes. I used it for a couple years before flipping 3 heads looking for this sound again.
