Good sound for the money! I've owned two for awhile, and the other one continues to be my church worship-team gigging amp.

220 watts into 4 ohms, or 150 watts into 8 ohms

I had this head with a Crate 2x15 matching cab and this is a good price for someone looking to move up from a small combo to a decent head and speaker setup.

I would put this on top of an Avatar 1x12. mmmmmm

That contour button reminded me of the Aural Exciter on the SWR heads. Got a headphone jack too.

Nice deal. I paid twice that for the one I bought five years ago. I still use mine when I want the extra EQ.

I remember back in the day when I stepped up from my Crate BX100 combo to this. I was on cloud Nine. handled the Low B of my low end heavy bass, and then some. Good luck!

i use that rig sometimes. pretty nice, cant complain. not my A rig but a nice option

I'm not sure - this one is BX-220H, the other is BHX-220, and they look identical.
