Crate Power Block 150W Stereo

This is the infamous "gig saver", which can also be used as a a solo practice amp (you can very easily connect your CD player or PC in the back, play with headphones).

It is also a decent amp with lots of PFTB (power for the bucks), which can be used for both guitars and bass.

"Gig saver" because plenty of folks have kept been able to save a gig when their primary amp went down. It has 150W into 8 ohm or 2x75W in parallel into 4 ohm (I know, it does not make sense but that's what it says in the back).

It comes with gear bag, instruction manual and power cord and it is in mint condition, never been abused.

It retails for $199 but I will let it go for $100 (I have seen it go for $120+ on the Bay).

I am selling it because I want to buy a Cirrus 5-string (if you're ready to trade, let me know).

Great thing to have around.. I commonly will go MXR DI/Preamp then into the power amp of this.

Drives a single 12 strong enough to keep up with a band.. costs about 1/4 what the next competitor is.

i've heard good things about these little guys, especially as a backup amp to run a preamp into.
