Ok so here's the story of this head: I bought it earlier this year and it had the sickest tone I've ever heard. Insanely good. Per my sound guy: "that's the best sounding head I've ever heard". not a bad description in general. After about 10 shows it blew a fuse mid show. I took it home, put in the proper slo-blow fuse turned it on and I saw sparks fly on the inside and smelled the wonderful smell of electrical burn. FUN! I checked the fuse and it did indeed blow, again. But other then that I have no idea what went wrong, and don't have the no-how to figure it out.

If anybody has any ideas on what went wrong, and/or has ideas on how to fix it please PM me!

As a side note, the amp doesn't have the pedal, and one of the sliders is slightly cracked but still functional. It's been used, and may still function perfectly again, but I don't want to mess with it. I salvaged its 3 12ax7s for some of my other gear. I'm not sure what it'll take to get this thing going again. I'm betting that whatever ails it can be fixed with a max of $200-300 of service/parts or even less if you can do it yourself.

I'm asking $200 plus shipping, I may consider trading it plus cash towards an eden Traveler 300 or 400.

unfortunately, MB is pretty mum on sending out el prints.
If you don't know how to fix electronics, how can you put a price on repair?
I'd suggest trying the input rectifier 1st. After that you'd need a schematic to follow.

Where did ya see the flash from? Try looking in that spot first for the burnt component. Take some pics and tell us about it. Many people are very knowledgeable. Don't simply replace the component either... Find out why it failed- EX: popped MOSFET... ooo no bias voltage... mmm that's not good..

Replacing something and frying it again only stresses the other components further. Good luck.
