Sorry to hear it. Was she DOA? Demeters are built very well. It's odd that it even broke.

No it was DA15min - Dead after 15 minutes. It was a great 15 minutes.

Well good luck. Demeter might be very helpful in getting her fixed. Companys like them usually take VERY good care of their pieces.

Call James Demeter. No one on the planet, NO ONE, has better customer service. That doesn't necessarily mean he'll fix it free, but he will offer you a solution that you both can live with.

I've had mine since they came out. One switch problem in the first year and James overnighted me a replacement. Not a single problem since say ... 1999
