I just know that I am going to hate myself for this. I've had this preamp forever. It has been my reference preamp and I think that Bass Player also uses it for a reference still.
Hopefully you can see that the rack ears are a bit rough and the chassis is bent in the back where the fuse holder is. The lettering at various spots has flaked. There isn't much in the way of rack rash on the top or bottom though.
I was going to sell it locally so I pulled the Amperex 12ax7 that sounded the best out and put a cheap chinese tube in. I tested it with the different tube through my Crest CA9 into my Berg NV215 and it sounded incredible. I came very close to putting the pre back into it's rack. But there are some other needs and the Demeter isn't being used.
This one has the Jensen DI which I have never used and the effects loop on the back.
