Don't go to the grave saying, "Oops, I could've had a V8..."

With the days of Rockstar Dreams behind me now, I am going to sell the biggest, bad a$$ amp I own.

The Trace Elliot V8.

Less than 1 hour(testing) on the fresh re-tube. The world famous Enzo installed and biased a Matched Octet of Valve Art KT-88 power tubes, it has all new Shuguang pre's in 3 through 7 and it has a pair of Russian Electro Harmonix in the 1 & 2 for the sound I like. Enzo also installed the best upgrade you can do to these, the Speak-on connector you see pictured in one of the photos. He replaced one transistor with the pre sale check up and I just picked it up from him on the 23rd of June with a clean bill of health.

You may want to change 1&2 for your sound yet being a guitar player as well, I liked the get down grit I could get with these. If you've played through these amps you know what 400 watts of tube destruction can do. It also has the half-power switch for when you wind down from thousands to hundreds, or to 28 drunken Uli's Haus of Rock patrons.

From 3 feet the amp looks mint, however it has toured and has some minor bumps in the Tolex and one of the transformers is slightly tilted. The transformer is fine and it was like that when I bought it, yet I want to make sure you realize this is excellent condition yet it's not a collector piece, but the most bad a$$ playing amp you WILL ever own. I used a flash to try to illuminate any imperfections yet it looks great in person.

I have read that there were fewer than 80 V8s built, yet I can't confirm how many of these hand built beauties still exist.

If this amp could tell stories about touring the world... It has seen several continents yet I would like to keep this a lower 48 sale only, however due to price and rarity I feel I have to open it up to the rest of the planet, I will ship international ONLY if you arrange shipping. I'll pack it, box it and drop it off at any local carrier of your choice or ship to an air forwarding company like Borderlinx as long as it's located in the 48.

It's currently set for US-120 and it can be easily switched back to 230. I still have the 230 plug as well and I will include it with the sale. To be clear; you will have to have it switched back to do the 230 thing.

I've priced it at 3499 plus actual shipping with my FedEx account to the 48. Fee-less payment only, full payments take precedence over my Payment Plan. (see profile) Sorry no trades, I have a ton of gear already.

If this is on your bucket list, and 3 sold out nights at Madison Square Garden seem further away than ever, it's time to buy this rare beast of pure power and one of the finest, rarest and best sounding tube amps to exist on the planet.

Thanks, I really didn't expect that.

Down payment received, soon this beast will have a new master!

Thanks to all that responded and as always, I wish everyone that wanted it could have bought it.
