Dr Bass 2460 (San Diego)

This cabinet is the punchiest thing I have ever played through, however I'm not playing out as much and need to move some gear.

Very small footprint....Depth is 15", 20.5 wide, 24.5" high.

2/12" Neo drivers, LACMBR 6" mid and upgraded tweeter with much more output than the original.

Prefer a local sale and need to net $475 on this puppy, otherwise it's $525 shipped.

4 ohms. Not sure on the weight, very manageable however.

If you are in OC or LA I can meet you halfway.

what NEO's are in it? Is it 600 watts or 900 @ 4ohms? I was quoted a price by Mark of $739 for the Eminence KappaLite 3012LF series that are 450 watts ea combined to = 4ohm @ 900 watts

Bump for a great cab and a great TBer!

I have been very satisfied with my 2460 (when I bought mine, they were still called 2260).

Nothing wrong with these cabs, despite challenges with the company that made 'em; don't throw out the baby with the bath water!

Mine is a neo - the only neo cab in my collection - and it's great.

Dang! I wish I could afford -- or at least justify -- this cab!

BUMP for a cab I'd like to own.

My old cab, very badass sounding, punchy, sounds great with a mesa wa and LMII. Great TB'r to deal with.

I will...and from what I heard so far it's a winner. Only problem it requires some enlargening of the tweeter hole to fit. I already made the mod, so it's not an issue but it might be for others.

There is probably an easier way to go, Eminence APT-80...I think the same size and better performance than the stock tweet which is pretty mild in my opinion. Mark probably thought that the mid would make the tweet less important. Not enough output for me. Carvin has a NEW Neo titanium tweet that looks.....sweet. (sorry, I had to) and it's the same size hole -pretty sure anyway. Geez I'm all tweeted out.

I have NO idea what Neo's Mark has in there, and the mid is ceramic. I pulled one of the 12's and tossed it in my GS112 for ***** and giggles.....WAY MORE mids. (waaaaay too much)

My guess ? Deltalite II ?? I don't even know the power rating on this cab. 500? 600?
