Sold pending payment!

Much as I love this cab, it has taken a back seat to my Aguilar DB112 stack and can't afford to keep it as a practice cabinet. The bass bomb weighs 55 lbs, 2 - 12" speakers rated at 900 watts. Good condition with cover. See pictures below; let me know if you are interested in a purchase. I'm looking to get $300 local (Denver/Ft Collins, CO) or $300 and buyer pays shipping .

PM me if you want more pix (speaker with grill cloth off, etc). Sorry that pix are sideways, can't figure out how to fix that. The cab is configured to sit vertically.

Price Drop - $300 local or $300 + buyer pays shipping (send zip code for estimate)

How do you compare the sound to your DB112 stack.
I use a DB112/DB112NT for my live rig.

This is interesting for sure...

Is there a burn in the speaker cloth or just a shadow on the pic?

THANKS!

What are the dimensions of this cab? I had an early Bass Bomb, but I recall it be smaller than yours appears to be.

I believe that's the fabric "tab" used to pull the grill off as they are usually velcroed on so you need a point where you can get a hold of the grill.

Mudd is right - that is a pull tab to remove the grill. The fabric really is beautiful, this thing moves serious air and the cloth ruffles....

The DB112 has a somewhat warmer sound and the bass bomb is definitely louder with a bit deeper bottom at the same volume settings. I like them both and have struggled with which to keep and which to sell but ultimately for what I do, having the 2-cab option works better for me.

Usually they are 900 watts @ 4ohms but I do not want to speak out of turn. This cab does look very similar to the one the write up was on (here on TB) and that cab was a 4ohm cab.

That is correct for this cab, but Earcandy will produce them from 2 to 16 ohms depending on user preference, so its always good to check. They are marked on the speaker connection plate.

Last bump for local Denver area - anyone out there interested in a great sounding, vintage look cabinet?

Gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful.

If I could unload a power amp, I'd be willing to pay shipping.

Keep in touch with me via pm if you do sell it and want to talk. I had intended to sell this nationally but shipping is very high (like $120) to the east coast, so had to back off. I'm in no hurry so will liekly have it for a few more weeks.

Someone needs to buy this. Even with shipping this is still $125 less than Tim's base price is new with no options. I own one, and these are the real deal.

Thanks, Keith - if someone really wanted this cab and was willing to pay that much for shipping, I'd drop the price to $300 + buyer pays actual shipping cost. I know its high so thats why I was backing off....

If anyone has ideas about cheaper shipping I'd love to hear about options. I spent an hour trying to find some....
