My Shuttle is covering pretty much everything I need.
Fresh back from the Eden Factory with a clean bill of health....an Eden E 300 T all tube 300 watt head. This thing sounds REALLY good. If you wanted an SVT, or other big wattage tube head, but don't want to pay the fare, this is the way to go.
Specs from Eden:
Our new all-tube E300T amplifier is the perfect blend of old and new. And made for those who always loved that old-school tone, but hated the expense and hassle.
We started with a classic, streamlined control set, then updated it with Overdrive switch to add extra grit from the preamp tubes and a Mid Shift switch (500Hz and 2.2KHz). The power section features a six-pack of KT-88s packing a 320W RMS wallop (@ 4 or 8 Ohms). Then we addressed the two major problems with tube amps. Allow us to explain:
Wouldn’t it be cool if you could replace a single tube if it failed or broke, instead of the entire set? And wouldn’t it be even cooler if you could fine-tune your bias setting for each tube quickly and easily every time you played? So you could have your perfect bias setting every time you turned the amp on? With the E300T, you can do both without the huge service bill. You’re welcome.
Other features include, -10dB Input Gain pad, 1/4" and NL-4 speaker output jacks, DI and tuner outs, Footswitch for Mute and Overdrive, 8/4 ohm selector, and bias adjustment section. Then we put it all in its own rugged, fan-cooled road casing with flow-through ventilation, just like the old days.
Let’s re-cap. Killer old-school tone. Massive power. Perfect bias every time. And easy, cost-effective maintenance. Beauty and the Beast, all in one.
I also have a Carvin BRX10.4 4-10 4 ohm cabinet. Almost new condition. It's never left my house.
Specs from Carvin: BRX10.4 Neo features Neodymium drivers for dynamic snap and awesome response down to the low B. The driver and enclosure design kick up enormous efficiency gains over standard enclosures and has the effect of nearly doubling your RMS power while at the same time eliminating the need for a subwoofer. The BRX systems will substantially reduce the weight and size of your rig while achieving deep bass output with magnificent tone. Experience the new standard for compact, high-powered bass systems.
4 Neodymium 300w 10" woofers,
- Titanium HF driver
- Imp: 4ohms, power handling: 1200 Watts
- Reproduces Frequencies from low B (26 Hz to 22k Hz)
- Sensitivity: 104dB @ 1w and 135 dB @ 1200w
- Size: 24W x 18D x 27.75"H, WT 76 lbs
- Made in San Diego, California
Pics will be posted tomorrow.
The Eden is $600 shipped east of the Mississippi, $625 shipped west.
The Carvin is $400 shipped east, $425 west.
Both will ship in their original shipping boxes. If you purchase the Eden and want the tubes shipped separately, I can do that too. |

Between work, doctors appointments (looking at back surgery soon...which is one of the reasons for this sale!), and preparing to get married in 11 days, I've been busy! I'll get em up though. |
