Eminence Kappalite 3015 LF - Never used - new in box

I bought this speaker new last year from US Speaker for a project bass cabinet (fEarful 15+6) that I've since put on hold and won't get to for a long time. It's taking up room and I need the money for other projects so it has to go.

This is an amazing neodymium bass driver and you can read about what it can do in the fEarful threads in the cabinet section of the TalkBass forum. As I said, it's brand new, still in the plastic and box and with the original receipt, papers and warrantee card.

Specs:
Eminence Kappa Lite 3015LF Speakers - Eminence Kappa Lite 3015LF lightweight neodymium woofer. The Eminence Kappa Lite 3015LF is a 15 inch 8 ohm lightweight speaker with extended Xmax. The Eminence Kappa Lite 3015LF 15inch speakers are rated at 450 w

These go for $315 plus shipping from online stores.

I'm selling it for $250 shipped CONUS.
If you're near enough to pick it up from the DeKalb, Illinois area I'll let it go for $230.

Please, no trade offers. I need the money to finish another project.

PM me with any questions.

A couple things.

1) The price of neo speakers has gone up dramatically in the past year because of the export restrictions on rare earth metals from China. This speaker does actually cost over $300 from the reputable online stores.

2) Still, there are many people selling these on ebay and elsewhere for a bit under $200 new so I really do have this a bit overpriced.

3) Seeing as how it's not likely to sell for what I want to get for it, I'll just keep it around until I get to my project, however long that takes.

4) Thread closed

Thanks for the interest.
