Euphonic Audio iAmp Micro 300

Sign in to disble this ad
For sale is my original Euphonic Audio iAmp Micro 300. I pre-ordered this when they first came out, and it's since been back to EA to be serviced and upgraded. A very cool little amp, very clean and punchy sound, and super tiny.

- 300 watts into 2 or 4 ohms (yes, it will run at 2 ohms!)
- 175 watts at 8 ohms
- Dual channel - great if you double or have two basses
- 2.3 pounds
- 8.5 x 5.5 x 2 inches
- Easily fits in a gig bag

I'm asking $300 + exact shipping (which should be pretty cheap), and I might be interested in trade offers for effects like an octaver or envelope filter.

Howdy. How old is amp? Are you only owner; if not, what's history? What kind of upgrades were made? Is it now functionally equivalent to the brushed metal faced micro 300? Where would you be shipping from? Thanks, DM

I am the original owner of the amp. I got it in April 2007 as soon as they came out. I sent it in to EA about a year later because of a noise issue and they replaced the power transformer among other things and brought it up to the then-current spec. I used it as my main giging amp on both electric and upright for about three years with no issues. I mostly play jazz, and usually run through an Aguilar GS 112. The amp has been well cared for and never pushed hard. It'll be shipping from Ithaca, NY 14850 by whatever shipping method you prefer. I'll make sure it's well packed and insured for the purchase price.

Thanks
- Zac

Hi,
Can both inputs work together - at the same time?

Yes, you can select one or the other, or both inputs at the same time. The two channels also have separate gain and EQ sections, so you can match levels, etc.

Thanks,
Zac

I also pre-ordered one. Mine had noise issues, which was solved as previously decribed. I still have it and am still impressed with this tiny wonder! I still get compliments on how good my rig sounds (including a Phil Jones Bass 6B Neo cab). A great amp and EA's customer service is outstanding!
