Yep, I decided to move it along. It really does put out
a lot of crisp sound, with good presence in the highs and lows, with minimal distortion at high volume, considering it's such a small box. I just prefer the voicing of my LDS cab better. I imagine a pair of these would be very, very loud, while taking up a minimal stage footprint. By itself, this one is capable of handling any small/acoustic band gig, rehearsal room, or being used as a stage monitor. It's the 1x12" version, 4 ohms.
It is in
excellent condition, never abused. The previous owner bought it new, and says he only used it for at-home practice at moderate volume. I also have only used it at home, for a short while, and have not driven it very hard. I think it's probably not much more than a year old. It does have a few small indentations along the front edges of the tolex (not the grill); the previous owner says it must have come that way from the factory, as it did not take any impacts in either his care or mine. The pics aren't very flattering due to the flash, but I assure you it looks tight and sharp.
I ended up paying $480 shipped for this cab, so I'd like to get that much for it now if possible.
OBO.
I would consider trades (+/- cash) for high-end effects such as the Ultron or Meatball, or a compressor that I haven't reviewed yet (see the list on my reviews page), or a nice-quality preamp, or I guess let me know whatever you may have... but I'm picky.
Thanks!
