F.S. Bassman 100 70's tube head

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm selling this amp and cab because it's just taking up too much space in my studio and I need funds for other projects. This is a 70's amp not sure what year but if one is interested, I'll date it with the pots. The amp is all original except for new filter caps. Relaced because the originals had dried up. The tubes are all original RCA and the amp sounds great like, well, a Bassman 100. It has original covers and there is only one scratch on the cab tolex. All of the speakers are original and work ok and there no tears in the grill cloth. I'd like $700.00 for the head and cab. I don't know how I can ship the cab so it'll have to be local pickup. I will be willing to drive 200-250 miles to deliver. Like Orlando or Tampa Bay area.

Fender Cab

Is this the 4x12 cab with the drivers set in the diamond pattern?

It is the 4x12 in the diamond pattern. I don't know what the speakers are although I think that they are Utah's. If I can't get a buyer for the whole thing I MIGHT consider selling the head. It would be a shame though as the whole package is in great shape and I don't know what i'd do with the cab.

Keep the rig together if you can. I had one just like it, back in the day... except 2x15 cab.

I played on of these as a guitar rig back in the '70s. Dumbest deal I ever made was selling it to buy a Roland JC120. If I were local, I'd be all over this.

That's a bit too far wish that this cab wasn't so big and I could ship easily. Oh well.
