While Massachusetts is not nearly as big as Texas, shipping rates may vary from city to city. You probably should include a zip code or city name for him to use for the quote.

Even though I am not the seller, I did get you a quick quote just to help lrhbass out. From Dallas to Boston for a 60 pound box insured for $400 is $55-60.
