Just checking to see if there's any interest. This is the most pleasing amp I've every owned. However, I'm insanely curious to try Frederick's new head.

Can't really explain how good this amp sounds. Just amazing. Hand made, all tube, , inspired by the SVT. Push/pull on bass knob for deep, push/pull on the volume knob for bright, three position mid knob, 2 inputs. Rear panel has taps for 4, 8, & 16 ohm, 1/4 line out, and a fan switch. Comes with a Dvdby13 tuki cover. 200 watts.

$2200 shipped.

Got pics of the back of the amp? Can you please post? Any close up pics of the front? I can't see what all the knobs are. Speakon outs or 1/4 inch? Does it have a DI out?

Thanks.

Added some pics of the back that I had. I can try to get you a close up of the tomorrow night some time. But to answer your questions:

- 1/4 in. line out
- Speaker outs are all 1/4 inch as well
- The knobs are listed here... Left to Right: Master Volume, Bass (push/pull for deep), Mid select (3 position), Mids, Treble, Volume (push/pull for bright)

Haven't found much info about this amp and the /13 website seems to be hard to find ?? What's the specs on this amp...Weight? Diemesions? There's no gain nob...does it break up easily or is it a very high headroom type of amp? Gimmie the details and on this amp in particular.
The more pics, the better.

Thanks.

Weighs about 52 pounds. I powered an 8x10 no problem with it. When I take close up pics of the front tonight I'll measure it as well.

It's 200 watts -- All Tube. The Volume knob works as the "Gain" knob (knob furthest to the right if you're facing the amp.) Then there's the master volume (knob furthest to the left.) So you can get the breakup while having the overall volume lower if you choose.

I've never had to turn this thing up past noon to get the volume I need on stage. As Al Berry here on the forums puts it, plenty loud and tons of old school mojo. I couldn't agree more.

Thanks for the pics and the specs. It's alot larger of a box than I thought it would be. The width especially, 27" is beastly. That's about 4 inches wider than my cab...an LDS 15/6. After some thought, it would look kinda odd sitting on top of my LDS...like a short fat T.

Best of luck with the sale!!

BTW, what is Fred's new amp supposed to be? Is it a smaller-chasis TBL200 or sorts?

Yeah, it pretty much fits a standard ampeg 8x10 without looking awkward, so if your cab is more narrow, then it will stick out wider. Sounds amazing though.

His new head looks to be the same size...maybe bigger. It's a two channel amp inspired by the marshall super bass and fender bassman. Definitely going to be unique...just like the rest of his stuff. As far as boutique stuff goes, his is right up there with the best on the planet.

These amps look so cool and the reviews are great. I just wish there was even a single sound clip somewhere on the Internet.
