F/S mti era SVT and 8-10 cab $1300 local pick up only(S.E. WI)

MTI era 300 watt tube head , made in Japan between '81-'84 both channels work and sounds amazing.Tolex is in good shape on the head but the cab has numerous rips and tears and one driver has been reconed. I bought this amp/cab in '90 and I have never had any problems with the head but I recommend having a tech check it over because I don't use it enough any more , which is why I'm letting it go.
$1000 for the head
$300 for the cab
*I would consider partial trades for an acoustic bass or a pointy Jackson/Charvel 4 string or a combo amp

I think everyone is waiting for a price drop and thats not going to happen. I don't need to sell it , I'm working 60 to 72 hours a week and I just cashed in 76 hours of vacation time because I got another 160 hours coming Oct 22. 5 kids at home between 2 yrs and 13 yrs doesn't leave me with anytime for extracurrcular activitys like a band or a simple side project so I decided to sell this and give someone a killer deal but I'm not going to give it away
