I believe you can do a trade feeler or a sale feeler with a price, but I don't believe you can do fielding offers like an silent auction or whatever the equivalent.

I see what you mean- I don't mean for it to be a silent auction. I'm just seeing what I can get. This is consistent with the consensus on this thread on feelers: Feeler sale threads?

Bare in mind I am talking about a trade, albeit a trade + cash. Because few cabs cost as much as this one and I'm trying to downsize, so whatever the trade is will definitely be of lesser value.
