I have two Fender Bassman heads, I want to sell one and keep one. One is a mid 70's Bassman 50, the other is a 1968 Bassman silver face. Both amps have been re-tubed within the past 6 months, and both are working very well apart from the usual pops and clicks from the switches and pots (all controls are functional).
The Bassman has the original 2 prong power cord, and the original extension speaker cable. The Bassman 50 has been refitted with a 3 prong power cord, and the power light does not work.
I am asking $550 for the 1968 Bassman, and $500 for the mid 70's Bassman 50. I will ship at the buyers expense, and would prefer a local deal. Cash or Paypal are both acceptable. The ad will be closed when either of the two amps is sold.
