I no longer need trades so all of this is now FS.
Basically selling the stuff I don't use anymore that I've been pack-ratting.
'81 Fender Bassman 135 and '80 Fender 215 w/ original D140s. Tolex on the cabinet is pretty beat up and the dust cover on the bottom speaker is dented a bit but otherwise the cab is in great shape. The head was totally re-capped and re-tubed (GT 6L6s) by Ryan at Robb's Music in Boulder last August. There are dings in the tolex on the head too, but it is also structurally sound. The rig sounds awesome but it's wasn't loud enough for me and it's why I now have the SVT/810 rig. It was loud enough when my guitar player didn't have a V4/4x12. $700/OBO. Don't want to ship, don't want to split.
Next is my trusty Yorkville 400B. It's 300W@8/400W@4 and the amp is removable/rackmountable. It's loud and has a ridiculous amount of headroom. It was my workhorse for many years and has never had a hiccup. The cloth is a little ragged, but not bad at all. The knobs and sliders are all in good shape but the Countour push button is a little loose. $275/OBO. Again, don't want to ship because it's pretty heavy.
Finally, my Schroeder 1515. I traded it for my old 810E to try something different and it just didn't fit with my band. It's super clean and punchy and cuts through like you wouldn't believe, but I was looking for something warm and mellow. It's a great cab in great shape... I don't even think there's more than a couple scratches on it. It just wasn't for me. $600/OBO.
Thanks for looking and PM me with any questions or offers!

Reason: Schroeder cab is not the 1515L... It's the 1515

Finally got my Ibanez properly set up and while it now plays a little better than the Yammy it doesn't have the same output or tone so I'm sticking with the Yammy. It's been good! |

The Bassman would probably be gone by now if you'd split it from the cab and ship it-- nobody wants a huge heavy old cab, and only a tiny percentage of potential buyers are within driving distance of you.
If I was you I'd try to unload the cab locally for cheap, and then put whatever you can get for it toward the packing/shipping cost of the head. |
