YOU ARE LOOKING AT A REAL DEAL SVT!!

I purchased this amp on eBay about 2 years ago. The person that sold it to me was selling items as part of an estate sale. I dont kinow much about it's prior history. She belived me to be the second owner. Since that time I purchsed a matched sextet of Sovteks and repalced all the preamp tubes. The filter capacitor died on it and I had it serviced and biased at that point. It was serviced by Jeff Wyke in Oklahoma City. He kept it on the bench and tested it for a few days after that and nothing is wrong with it. It's tip top! The only issue is the appearence on some of the knobs. It does have a few minor scuffs on the tolex and some scratches here and there, all the rocker switches work great and non of the knobs are scratchy. All the outputs and inputs work and are not scratchy or loose.

I have gigged with this amp and practiced with it. This amp has shared the stage with The Sword, Kylesa, Saviours, Witchcraft, Merciless Death and Dark Castle.

This amp is LOUD. I have never turned it up past 4 in a practice setting and thats with an oversized drumkit, a full stack, a half stack and a PA.

Ive decided that I want something that breaks up easier and gets dirter. There is nothing wrong with this and these are fastly becomming collectible. I've decided to experiment with some other gear and other tones.

Why get an SVT-VR when you can get an orignal handmade SVT?! This is a bass players dream!

If you are SERIOUS, please private message me, I check e-mail often and we can get in touch that way.

I am asking $1700, but make me an offer.

You can view a video of it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WR1alu_HVzU

I'd also be willing to trade for an Orange AD200B.

I posted some more detailed pictures of the face on photobucket. You can view them here:

These are all iphone photos, going to see about some better detail with a better camera tomorrow.
