Amp and cabinet work perfectly. Original CTS drivers. Amp was taken to a tech about 6 months ago. He added a 3 prong power cord. Both amp and cab come with original Acoustic vinyl covers. It's in REALLY good condition. Whoever buys this will LOVE it. I'm only selling because I hate having gear sit in the garage. I'd rather someone use this great vintage rig.

Willing to separate.

Local deal is preferred but I will ship as long as the BUYER pays shipping/insurance.

$400 FIRM No trades

Thanks

For everybody's info,I had one of these rigs back in the 70's before I went with a matched pair 371's. Maybe thats why my hearing is gone! It was a sweet rig and much easier to carry than the big boys!

Yeah it's a nice set up. I'm just using a different Acoustic right now. I'll try and get some pictures up today.

I've decided to keep her Although I've had a few PM's regarding this, I just can't bring myself to sell it....yet. I played it this weekend. $400 just isn't worth the time and effort it took for me to find it. Thanks for all the PM's...

I used a 150b for about 20 years or so as my main amp. I used a Yamaha 215L cab (the side loaded horn behemoth) with 2 JBL E140s in it. Weighed about 7 tons, but it killed.

I didn't have a cover for the 150b, and through years of abuse the tolex and plywood was damaged to the point where the plywood fell apart, and I played it without the wooden cabinet for a number of years. Finally, I built a new cabinet for it and sold it. I wish I still had it. Great amp, and, as I proved, damn near indestructible. It's easily the loudest 125 watts money can buy.

Acoustic 150b war story bump, GLWTS.
