I use a Berg 322 now, but as far as the AG500 with a DB series cab...

Then holy CRAP is that combo for you, Schroeder be damned! I found that the DB series was a big too mid-heavy for me paired with this amp. I like a bit of a booming low end, and I really had to crank the bass on the AG500 for what I like... But it definitely sounded good and cut through, listening back to the practice tracks. I'm more of a presence type of guy though, since we only have 1 guitarist. I don't have to battle anyone besides him to be heard, so I don't mind sounding a little more muddy in the mix

I LOVE it. I have literally not owned a cab/amp for more than a month in at least 6,7,8 months... This is my final setup. Man is it great!
