Hello all! I've been thinning out the gear a little bit, and this magnificent cab is the last thing that needs to go. The Aguilar DB115 is easily one of my favorite cabinets, and it's the #1 on the list of gear I've owned. To me, it's got a super-smooth bottom end with just the right amount of thump and bump, and a nice top end that falls away nicely above 2khz (since there's no tweeter). Mate this cab to a bass with flatwounds, and I've got to be honest, it doesn't get any better.
Purchased in early 2008, it was gigged lightly during the spring, and then left in storage (spare bedroom at my parent's house), as I moved out of town and could not bring this cab with me. Now I'm back in town and no longer gigging, so I need to find a new home for this guy. It's in perfect working order, with a few light scratches and one or two spots where the tolex was damaged sometime during load-in/load-out.
