Original Ampeg B-2r (B2 on the front, B-2R on the rear label). 200 watts at 8 ohms, 350 watts at 4 ohms. This amp sounds really good for the clean Ampeg tone (I have liked it for many years); now I just use my Carvin combo. It has been gigged, but the main problem that these amps run into is the fan dying (and overheating). I had this repaired about 3 years ago and it has never given me an issue since. A couple of the eq sliders are missing the white end and one has snapped off the front. I leave it where it is but you can adjust it with a pick or something like that. You can also buy replacements from Ampeg.
The best way to run this amp is with the master power at 10 and then adjust the gain for your volume while activating the eq. It stays clean and is plenty loud when run at 4 ohms. Pretty nice DI that you can run post eq too.
