FS: Ampeg SVT 810E USA made Speaker Cabinet with Warranty $700 Pick up in Bend, OR

$700 Pick up in Bend, OR. No shipping. No trades.

One of the VERY LAST USA cabs by SLM Electronics made and still under warranty. This is a collectible cab.
Why buy a made in China model when a USA made is available with warranty?

In Like New condition, fully functional with about 10 hours of use. Includes the owner's manual, hang tag, receipt and warranty card.
I am the original owner, purchased new from an authorized dealer and used it for a few times in my non-smoking home. I am selling this only because I want to thin down my collection.

The China model has a MSRP of $1,399.99 and sells for $1,000.00 plus shipping on sale.

Features:
This is the speaker enclosure people mean when they say SVT speaker cabinet. It's all about tone. Other than the color scheme, it is identical to the original SVT-810.

Why eight 10" speakers? We learned early on that 10" speakers work much more efficiently than fifteens or eighteens--and if you put eight 10" speakers together, you can move a huge column of air. You'd need five 18" or six 15" speakers to move as much air as the SVT-810E! And they simply wouldn't be able to respond to transient peaks as quickly as our tens.

The USA SVT-810E is still manufactured using the same design dating all the way back to 1969. The Infinite Baffle design of these sealed enclosures produces vast amounts of tightly focused bass. That's why you'll find the SVT-810E on stage with such artists as Chris Squire (Yes), Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath), John McVie (Fleetwood Mac), and far too many others to list here. In the world of high performance bass cabs, the Ampeg SVT-810E stands tall and proud.

If you guys havent heard one of these new cabs you will not believe how much better they are in every way than the outgoing USA models.

Free bump for a monster cabinet.
