FS: Ampeg SVT CL - works but needs work - NJ

Just picked up an Ampeg SVT CL used.
I thought I would have the money to get it repaired, but I don't...so I need to unload this sucker.

Yes, it work, but the issue is this: when you play a low note, there's warbling. This is probably an easy fix for your amp guy, but I don't have the money to throw into her...

So, I'd like to get back what I put out for this...
$850 local pickup (NJ/PA/DE).
For shipping, buyer and seller split the cost.

Sounds like this amp needs new tubes, particularly preamp tubes.
I would start there before unloading this amp.
