Ive started a new thread to update the info I had on this amp. What I thought was a problem, turned out to be an easy fix. Ive also added some requested pics.
I like this amp a lot, but Im really thinking about a smaller overall setup.
The V-4BH is 40 pounds, 100 tube watts and is now discontinued. Will do 4 or 8 ohms. Im pretty sure this is a 96 model.
Tubes are 2 12AX7s in the preamp, a 12AX7 and 12AU7 for driver tubes, and 4 6L6s for power tubes.
This amp is in good cosmetic shape. Some light wear, but nothing major. Sounds very good, and has been one of my favorite amps to date. Has fresh JJ/Tesla pre and driver tubes.
Will need new power tubes soon, but I have a quad of Sovtek 5881WXTs that I will include for free. These are the same as the stock tubes in this amp. I had a problem with the #2 input when I first posted this, but I tried this:

Turned out to be the fix. So now, there are no issues at all with this amp other than minor wear.
Before being discontinued, these were $899 new. The last couple used ones on eBay have gone for $50-$75 more than Im asking, so if I dont get a sale here, I know itll move on eBay. Im looking for $600 packed, shipped, and insured to the Cont US.
Only trade interests would be amp trades. A MarkBass Little Mark II is on top of my list.
